Fond Melody Media Release

1. How we may use your submission

You retain ownership and give Fond Melody a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, reproduce and publish your Content, including the appearance, voice and story of people featured in it. This covers our website, social channels, paid advertisements, emails and other promotional materials. Providers working for us may handle it for these purposes.

2. Editing your content

We may shorten recordings, adjust sound or picture, add captions, resize footage and combine it with other material. We do not need approval of each edit, but will not deliberately misrepresent your experience.

3. Selection and rewards

Uploading does not guarantee selection or publication. If we select a video submitted under our UK reaction offer for marketing, we owe you one £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card, sent to your order email.

No further payment or ongoing royalties are due unless we agree otherwise in writing. Any specific reward promised with your invitation remains binding.

4. Your authority to submit

• You are an adult with authority to accept this release.
• You own the necessary rights or have the rights holder’s permission.
• Everyone identifiable has agreed to the uses described here; a child’s parent or legal guardian has authorised their inclusion.
• Your submission is honest and respects other people’s intellectual property and privacy.

To the extent permitted by law, you waive claims arising solely from uses you authorise here.

5. Duration, privacy and withdrawal

Permission continues without a fixed end date. You can withdraw future marketing use by emailing hello@fondmelody.com with your order reference. We cannot always recall printed material or copies lawfully shared by others.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. This release does not remove any privacy or consumer rights that the law protects. Earlier submissions remain subject to the permission given at the time.
